Insulation Installation Project

To finalise your insulation project please submit the following fom:

Completing this form verifies my irrevocable commitment to the terms and conditions in my proposal and outlined below(Required)

I/we give authority for Residential Reports (which may include works by PlastaMasta and Iconic Electrical) to carry out the installation of insulation at the abovementioned property and agree to all terms and conditions.

Installation date(Required)

I understand that whilst every effort is made to adhere to our agreed installation date that any date quoted for delivery or performance may be subject to change based on factors outside our company’s control including but not limited to delays with insulation or electrical product supply chains.

Cancelation of project(Required)

I accept that cancelation of this project after quotation acceptance will incur an administration fee. I understand that failure to advise project cancelation 14 days prior to the agreed installation date will result in all associated product costs that have been incurred as a result of materials being ordered in advance of installation.

0% Sustainable Household Scheme Loan(Required)

Yes! I wish to apply for a 0% SHS Loan with Brighte and authorise Residential Reports to liaise with Brighte on my behalf to progress this project. *Residential Reports will not proceed with the project until Brighte has confirmed approval or we have liaised with you in the case of a loan application not proceeding.

I do not require a loan. I commit to paying 50% of project fees prior to installation and the balance within 7 days of install.

Personal Guarantee(Required)

Where a 0% loan is not applicable, I make a personal guarantee the Residential Reports invoice issued to me will be paid (50% prior to installation and balance 7 days from final invoice receipt).
